What type of cards do you accept?
We accept regular-sized trading cards that fit within slabs measuring 135 mm x 80 mm x 6.3 mm (approximately 5.31 inches x 3.15 inches x 0.25 inches). Please ensure your cards meet these dimensions for a proper fit.
How do I submit my cards?
To submit your cards, simply visit the submission page on our website. From there, select the service level that best suits your needs. Be sure to provide accurate information for the label, as this will appear on your slab. Once everything is in order, proceed to checkout to complete your submission.
Do I need to ship my cards?
No, this is the best part! You don’t have to worry about your cards being lost or damaged during shipping. All you need to do is provide us with the necessary information. We’ll ship the slabs to you with customized labels, and you’ll simply place your card inside and secure it with an easy-to-use mechanism.
How the design process work?
During the submission process, you’ll provide the information you want featured on the slab. Our graphic design team will then create a custom label for you. Before shipping, we’ll send the design to you for approval to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the final product.
How much does it cost?
The cost varies depending on the service level you choose. We offer different pricing and turnaround times to suit your needs, with prices starting at $8.99. For detailed pricing information, please refer to the options available on our services page.
Do you authenticate or grade cards?
No, we do not provide authentication or grading services. Our focus is on helping collectors preserve their cards in a personalized manner. We do not assign numeric values or grades to your cards; instead, we offer solutions to protect and display them according to your preferences.
Are there any other fees I could be charged for your service?
No, there are no hidden transaction fees, processing fees, or handling fees associated with our service. We believe in transparent pricing, so you will only pay the amount shown during the submission process.
What if my item is returned and I believe it is mislabeled?
While it is rare for this to happen as we double-check everything, if you believe your item has been mislabeled, our support service will assist you. If the mislabeling is confirmed, we will refund the money for that slab. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure accuracy in every order.
Do you offer service for jumbo cards, comics, packs, or tickets?
At the moment, we do not offer services for Jumbo cards, comics, packs, or tickets. However, we are actively working to expand our offerings and hope to include these options in the future.
How can I update or change my address on a current order?
To update or change your address for a current order, please use the contact form on our website before we ship the cards. Once we receive your request, we will update the delivery address accordingly.
